The Bihar NEET rank card for special stray round was released on December 25, 2025. Bihar NEET Counselling 2025 special stray round registration and choice filling facility was available from December 20 to 23, 2025.
Candidates seeking admission to first-year UG medical programmes (MBBS and BDS) at government and private medical and dental schools in Bihar, as well as the state's government-run veterinary college (BVSc and AH) have to apply at BCECEB. Bihar NEET Special Stray Round Counselling 2025: Rank Card & Seat Allotment
The release of the Bihar NEET Special Stray Round rank card and seat allotment result for MBBS, BDS & BSc seats was announced at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Bihar NEET UGMAC counselling fee for General and Extremely Backward Class (EBC)/Backward Class (BC) category is INR 1,200. The fee amount for SC/ST category is INR 600. Candidates must note the application fee is non-refundable even if the application gets rejected due to any reason.

Bihar NEET UGMAC Counselling 2025: The Process
Bihar NEET 2025 counselling process has been explained below:
State Merit List
NEET 2025 merit list is shared by National Testing Agency (NTA) with BCECEB. Students, who qualify for NEET 2025, fulfil eligibility conditions and wish to participate in counselling process need to register on website of BCECEB.
Online application form for Bihar NEET 2025 counselling
Students can refer whole process given below to understand application process better:
Registration
- To register for counselling of Bihar NEET 2025, candidate must go to website of BCECEB.
- They must then register using a valid email ID and mobile number
- An ‘Activation Code’ will be sent to registered mobile number and email ID
- Use this code to activate account and proceed to fill out application form
- Email ID used for registration will be user ID for account
- Candidate must note down password for future use
Personal Information
- In this section, candidate must fill in details such as the father’s name, mother’s name, contact details, etc.
- After completing every step, candidates are advised to save application form as a draft.
Uploading a photograph and signature
Students have to upload scanned images of following to proceed further:
- Passport-sized photograph (must have a placard with the candidate’s name and the snapping date at the bottom)
- Candidate’s signature (full name, must not be in capital letters)
Academic Deta
To fill this section, keep the mark sheets from Classes 10 to 12 ready. They need to provide details of institute from which they have passed Classes 10 to 12, marks/percentage obtained, etc.

Payment of Counselling Fee
To participate in counselling process of Bihar NEET 2025, a candidate must pay counselling fee. This fee is not refundable in any circumstance. Students can pay counselling fee for Bihar NEET online or offline mode. Refer to modes of payment given below for more details:
- Payment through a bank challan: Choosing this option will enable candidate to deposit counselling fee in any branch before last date. Candidate needs to print bank challan and deposit it along with counselling fee. Payment status will be updated online within 24 hours.
- Online payment: If a candidate chooses this option, they can pay counselling fee by credit card/debit card/net banking.

Next stage of Bihar NEET 2025 counselling will be choice filling. Seat allotment list
BCECEB will release a mock seat allotment list before choice filling closes. This will give applicants an idea as to which college/course will be allocated to them based on choices filled by them. Slot booking is conducted for those who have been allocated a seat in the Bihar NEET 2025 counselling and wish to continue with it. Slot booking has to be done online.

Bihar NEET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a citizen of India
- He/she must have qualified for NEET 2025
- Students must be a domicile of Bihar and should have passed Classes 11 and 12 from an institute located in Bihar
Exceptions to the above rule are as follows:
- A candidate who has completed their education in a state other than Bihar, but whose parents are domiciled in Bihar
- A candidate whose parents are employees of the Bihar Government
- A candidate whose parents are employees of the Central Government, currently posted in Bihar

Revised seat allotment result date for round-3 Bihar NEET 2025 counselling will be announced by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCEECEB) soon. The seat allotment result will be uploaded online in PDF format. Candidates allotted seats in round-3 will have to report to respective allotted institute for document verification.
As per last year's record, candidates need to score at least 520 to 575 marks to secure a seat in Bihar Government Medical colleges. BCECEB releases state merit list based on marks in NEET exam. Candidates included in the merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
