RKGIT is the best in the above mentioned colleges as this college has awesome labs with high-speed internet facility which is the main need for the CSE students and also it's placements are awesome.

It is good but not the best in UP as the best college is JSS Noida as this college has the best labs and many industrial visit are arranged for the students studying there.

Yes, you can get the IT in the 3rd round of the counselling but in case you don't get that in the 3rd round also, then go for the spot round. At that time, you will definitely get that college.

You can get the ABES College in the spot round if you want to take admission in IT branch at your rank, in the college that is better than the ABES you will get ECE or EEE but not the CS and IT branch.

Between ABES and KIET, ABES is the best option because of the faculty members, and the student culture is also good. Other than these, you can opt for the Jaypee-Noida and RKG.

ABES Ghaziabad is better choice then IPEC Ghaizabad and in the ABES College there are better facilities and faculty to teach and make you understand better that results in good placements.
