The placement data for AITAM BTech is not published yet. From past records of 2023, AIMAT recorded the highest package of INR 8 LPA for its BTech programme. The maximum number of selections were made from Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch during the placement season. Previously in 2022, the highest package stood at INR 6.75 LPA. AP ICET 2025 registration process usually begins in March. AITAM provides scholarships to the deserving MBA students. Under the Pragati Scholarship Scheme for girl child, students are awarded INR 50,000/- per annum for a maximum of 4 years. The eligibility set follows that the girl should be admitted to the first year of degree level course. This scholarship is provided by AICTE and facilitated by the institute. 

The selection criteria for AITAM MBA programme in 2025 is based on both merit and management quota.  On the basis of merit, students are admitted through the AP ICET scorecard. Around 70% of the seats are filled through merit and the rest 70% is done through management quota. Students are advised to score high marks in entrance so that they get prefrence in the final merit list.
