When we talk about the AKTU colleges, no matter whichever college we take in consideration it all falls under the same umbrella. Now, be it ABESEC OR AKGEC, both these colleges are going to assure you a job, minimum to support yourself even if you don't have satisfactory marks or GPA.
AKGEC has the biggest infrastructure among the AKTU colleges and has a lot of greenery. Although, you would score pretty low in your internals as in comparison to other AKTU colleges. Students here complain of being awarded the average 36-37 marks out of 50.
While for rest, the average being 43-44 marks out of a total of 50.
Now, try considering facts about ABES:
The faculty for CSE branch is really good and cooperative.
The infrastructure of the college is one of the best in NCR region among UPTU colleges.
ABES has a pretty good cricket stadium recently inaugurated by Kapil Dev.
ABES is situated on the national highway.
The placements are equally good in both the colleges.
Fortunately or unfortunately, you need to show up in a college uniform but on the brighter side, it keeps every student at par.

In my opinion, Jaypee is a more reputed engineering university compared to UPTU (AKGEC is affiliated to it). The pedagogy at Jaypee would be better as the faculty is more experienced and it is one of the older colleges of NCR. The placement of CSE at JIIT is close to 100% whereas the same cannot be said about AKGEC.
In terms of intellectual capital also, JIIT supercedes AKGEC as the entrance test is AIEEE.
So, keeping the above points in mind, my advice would be to opt for Jaypee

Hey Priyanka, there is no such difference in fee structure. College charges about Rs. 1 lacs for college fee and about 90k as their hostel fee. And, at time of admission, you will have to deposit some security money that is very nominal. No other charges are applicable in large view.

Hey Kavinder, placement record of AKG can be termed as good, when compared to other engineering colleges of AKTU and especially in NCR. Infosys and TCS are the mass recruiters and along with them, the startup and Indian navy comes for campus placements. So, overall records are quite good, but the record is not so good when we take the placements of core branches like ME, CIVIL. But still. It is comparatively decent in AKTU.

Hey Anushka, if you are interested in CSE, as you mentioned, then I would suggest Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida would be good among all, as it stands at better position than other colleges in terms of CSE branch. Also, the placement for CSE is better in Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida rather than others. And also, location of college is also good. Hey Abhinav, yes you may easily get ECE in Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College. But, as you scored such a good rank, I suggest you to go for college like HBTI, where you would manage to get your branch. You got good rank and so you deserve better one and that will be beneficial for you only. So, take your steps wisely and use your potential for right institute.

From my point of view, Noida is not a very wise option to pursue engineering and if you are going for a private institution in Noida, JIIT is good. Otherwise, every college is average or below average. You can opt for a better college in any other region.
