Faculty at AKIDO College of Engineering has a moderate level of experience and academic qualification, most of them possessing M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees, especially in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering. Faculty focus on theoretical concepts and basic practical knowledge imparted via lectures and lab sessions. However, students also remarked about the disparity in quality of teaching, with some faculty lacking real-life industrial exposure and effective delivery methods. Laboratories are not put to full use because the equipment there is old and does not promote any serious hands-on work. Academically, faculty members are approachable, but availability is scarce when they are tied up with administrative duties.
