Most Universities follow a curriculum of spoon-feeding, teach theory, and let-off. Business Management syllabus must be a good mixture of theory and practice, and the faculty should also have corporate experience or exposure in the relevant field along with their academic credentials. The pedagogy adopted by prominent IIMs are quite different from what the universities follow.
