To be eligible for admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course at DJ College of Dental Sciences and Research, candidates must:
Be an Indian National and have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the concerned academic year.
Have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSSC) examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English at a level not less than the core course.
Obtain a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology at the qualifying examination.
Qualify the NEET Examination conducted by the Government of India and be placed in the state rankings.
Register for the counseling of the particular state where admission is sought.
The admission process involves a common counseling for private BDS colleges in UP based on the merit list of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG). The designated authority for counseling is the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
