The highest package was ₹16.15 LPA; the average package stood around ₹7.8 LPA, while the top 20% of the candidates got an average of ₹9.2 LPA. The eligibility criteria for different programs offered by GIBS Business School vary. For BBA, candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from any recognised board in any stream like Science, Commerce, or Arts. Students awaiting their results of the final 12th or PUC exams are also eligible to apply. For PGDM/MBA, applicants must have a bachelor's degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any discipline from any university recognised by UGC, AIU, or AICTE with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Applicants need to have valid scores in any national-level entrance exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, or relevant State CETs. Though it is not necessary to have work experience and extra qualifications, such experience/qualifications will be an added advantage during the selection process.

For the BBA, admission requires that candidates should have completed 10+2 (or its equivalent) from any recognised board with at least 50% aggregate marks in any stream, or students awaiting their 12th results can also apply. Regarding PGDM, applicants have to hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university, securing at least 50% marks. For reserved category candidates, the minimum percentage is 45%. They must also have a valid score in any national-level entrance examination such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT. Though not necessary, work experience adds value during the selection process. The final selections in both programs are based on academics, entrance scores in the case of PGDM, and a Personal Interview (PI) to assess overall aptitude and potential.
