Currently, the MAT exam registrations for the Familiarization session of February-2026 have been opened, which may be used to apply to MBA or PGDM programs at the institutions participating (e.g., GIBS Business School) through the registration deadline of February 23, 2026 for the Paper-Based Tests (PBT) and March 2, 2026 for the Computer-Based Tests (CBT); whereas the tests will be held on March 1, 2026 for the PBT and March 8, 2026 for the CBT. As such, if you choose to use your MAT scores in order to apply to an MBA or PGDM programme at GIBS and have met any other requirements of the institution (i.e., CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT), you will have the opportunity to register to take the test and apply with those scores for admission during the 2026-2027 admissions cycle.
