The environment here is very student-friendly, the learning is more practical, and there are so many activities, clubs, and events that help you grow beyond academics.Plus, the exposure we get at GIBS through corporate training, IRE talks, and placement support is really strong. The faculty are super supportive too. Overall, if you're looking for all-round development and a vibrant campus life, GIBS is definitely a better choice in my opinion.

For BBA at GIBS, it's not super tough to get in. You need around 60% in your 12th, and there's no big entrance exam. What really matters is how you do in the interview and group discussion—they want to see your confidence and attitude. So if For BBA at GIBS, it's not super tough to get in. So if you prepare well and show who you are, you have a good chance. For PGDM, it's a bit different. You need a graduation degree with at least 50%, and you should have scores from exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, or XAT. Then, you'll also have to clear a group discussion and interview. Even if you have around 70% in your degree, you can get in if your entrance scores and interview go well. It's about your overall profile, not just marks. So, both courses at GIBS focus on your personality and readiness, not just numbers. If you're confident and prepared, getting in won't be a big headache!

So, the eligibility at GIBS is actually quite simple and student-friendly. For the BBA program, you just need to have completed your 12th from any recognised board — any stream is fine. They mainly look for students who are passionate about business and management. For the PGDM program, you should be a graduate in any stream from a recognised university. Plus, GIBS accepts scores from entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, or GMAT. Even freshers can apply — I was one too, and the process was really smooth.Overall, GIBS keeps it pretty straightforward so that more students get the opportunity to learn and grow in a great environment.

If they like your application, they'll ask you to write a short essay about yourself (called an SOP). Then, you have an online interview where they ask about your goals and interests. If you do well, you get selected and then complete the admission by paying fees. For PGDM, you also apply online and need to show your scores from exams like CAT, MAT, or CMAT. After that, you write an SOP and attend a group discussion and interview. They check everything—your marks, test scores, and how you perform in the discussion and interview—before giving you admission. So basically, GIBS looks at your application, how you talk about yourself, and how confident you are in the interview. It's not just about marks—it's about showing who you are and what you want to do.
