A review of past results from Goa Medical College Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) admission reveals that general category students need to score between 580 and 610 marks from a potential total of 720. Reserved category candidates can obtain between 540 to 580 marks out of 720 through the relaxation policy which amounts to 30 to 40 marks. Each year Goa Medical College accepts 60 to 80 students for its BPT program thus creating moderate competition for admissions. These closing points fluctuate annually based on NEET test challenge and applicant numbers and their matched candidate scores. The admission board strongly encourages candidates to exceed these cutoff scores because it will improve their chances of obtaining BPT program admission.
