It is impossible with 86% and without UT quota. But there are chances if you fall under some reservation category.

There are placements for B.Sc Biotechnology at GGDSD College. The placements are not for biotech or microbiology or IT or any course of under BSC, It is for the complete batch of B.Sc.

With all the things mentioned in the question, SD College is slightly difficult unless you fall under any reservation category. But with general category, it is quite difficult in GGDSD College but you can go for DAV 10 or Govt college 46, 11,

Hi,
There are no such guidelines till now but you can keep a rack over the website of the college for any new notice. As you know, it's a nationwide lockdown so the admission process will be done after the further notice of Govt. of India.
