The bar council has removed age limit for the course but you have 40% marks which is 5% lower than the required percentage. Try doing it from an open university. If you don't get admission, then you either you will have to do another master/ba

If you don't get admission, then you either you will have to do another master/bachelor course or a 5 year LLB on the basis of your class 12th percentage.

Yes, you will able to become a private practitioner. To be able to get practitioner, you have to give and qualify the all India bar examination, after which you will be given a certificate of registration and license to practice.

Hello,
The eligibility criteria for LLB is having 45-50% marks. If you convert CGPA and meet this score it is okay. Otherwise, you can do 5 year LLB. On the basis of class 12th score, but you need percentage and not CGPA.
