Candidates need to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 50% aggregate from a recognised board to apply for Haridwar University BTech (Hons) programme. BTech is a four-year programme divided into eight semesters. Admission to BTech is based on JEE Main, HUAET or CUET rank and eligibility criteria set by the university.
