There are subjects like Public Administration, Economics, History, Sociology, Law, etc. will be offered as optional subjects with BA (Political Science) Honours.

Yes, you can do political science honors from Hindu University, if you have taken vocational subjects in HSC. There is no problem in it. You should apply for admission.
