For the past six years, IHM Delhi has been India's top institute for hotel management courses.Forty businesses show up for placement.The average salary is 3.5 lakhs, and the highest salary is not that high—roughly 7 lacs. The average salary was 3.5 LPA and the lowest packages ranged from 2.5 to 3 LPA. Most of the students also got internships in companies like ITC, TAJ, IHG and Mahindra .

In 2021, Delhi had a greater CTC (Cost to Cost) of 4.80LPA and Chennai had CTC of 3LPA in 2020. Delhi had higher number that is 40 recruiters of visiting the campus in 2023 but the Chennai which had 25 recruiters in 2016.
