You have scored well in graduation but your high school and intermediate scores are much less for IIMs, especially in case of top 6 IIMs this will act as your negative point so you need to get above 80 percentile in CAT according to me.

You are eligible, as you cleared the minimum eligibility criteria of 50% marks in graduation, but the chances of getting a call from top IIMs are grim, if you belong to general category. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIMs is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. The weightage given to these parameters is different for all IIMs and also depend on category and academic diversity. It is difficult to get shortlisting for IIM - A, B, C, considering your scores in class 12th and graduation. However, there are chances to get call from new IIMs, if you get a really good percentile in CAT as some IIMs give higher weightage to CAT score. You can also check Shiksha call predictor: https://www.shiksha.com/mba/resources/iim-call-predictor.

Yes, it is offered by IIMC and there are very few seats for the programme. Admission procedures are normal for any PGDM student. Once you get in the college, you are allowed to apply for that programme.

In order to convert your call and make it, you need a balanced scorecard which involves your GDPI performance, work experience and extra curricular activities. Though there are several freshers at IIM-C too but with work experience, you can make the cut inspire of lower scores in other parameters. Also, work experience helps you with shortlists during summer and final placement.

It would be hard to predict. Given current state selection criterion, it would be very hard for you to get admission call from IIMA, B, I even if you score 80%+. This is if you are from general category.
