Executive Programme in Business Management (EPBM) at IIMC is to help you understand the basic concepts of management. It will help you to build and develop general management skills and management functional competencies. As there is no campus placement opportunities for EPBM students, you may not directly get any benefits with respect to increased salaries. If you change your current job, you may get increased salary or promotional avenues after EPBM. It is difficult to predict what increase you will get. It will purely depend on your previous experience and sector in which you want to work.
