Yes, you can pursue, but not via distance mode. You have to do it in a regular mode because as per government rules, any pro course is not a subject of distance education.

Hi, if you have the merit rank then definitely you will get whichever college you want.

You will not get Heritage and IEM colleges for CSE branches. You have chances for TECHNO INDIA because the closing rank of Techno India was 8130 according to the previous year analysis. So, You have more chances for this year. For more details

I had given my WBJEE in 2015 and during that year they did not accept through SC Quota. You can contact the admissions office regarding any query.

You might get Haldia. IEM's closing rank for all the streams is generally much higher. I am not sure about Heritage. Put your preferences accordingly and hope for the best.

Give the choices accordingly and hope for the best as opening and closing rank of colleges change every year.
