Dear Sai Santosh, I am not aware of the VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology for the B.Tech in CSE programme but being alumni of LPU I can share the information about the same programme at LPU. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. There are several reasons for the same. To commence with the curriculum, all the subjects you are going to study, their syllabus is designed keeping in mind the industry demands and the syllabus is vetted by company officials. Different specializations are offered to students depending upon the stream they want to opt for. For example- In CSE, they offer cybersecurity, IoT, data Science, machine learning, and many more. From the information that I have gathered it seems that lateral admission in Dibrugarh University is given based on the marks obtained in either the Diploma in Engineering or in B.Sc.
