You can apply through JoSAA counselling and you will get your branch based upon your rankings. Mostly, the cutoff for CIVIL is around 40k all India and a bit more with home state quota.

As per the reputation of the college IET is best. KNIT shifted to Sonbhadra and this is totally new campus. So it would be better to join IET.

Assuming you are from general, you'll not be able to get a seat in CSE or IT or such core branches in DAVV since this is a government college. Colleges prefer to have vacant seats rather than to have students with lower marks than their cutoff
