To become a chef, top ranking IHMs are better. However, this course can be pursued from other organisations namely Oberoi's STEP program, IHM Aurangabad & WGSHA.
Top government IHMs namely are:-
IHM Pusa, IHM Bangalore and IHM Mumbai.

You would be getting admission through NCHMCT, so class 10th marks will be accepted as the rank secured by you will decide your admission.

Hi, chances are very slim, 61% is very low for a German university.And if you want to pursue hotel management then try in Australia, Switzerland, UK, Canada, New Zealand , Singapore etc.
