see if you wanna change your vision looking at things in a different manner which jaipuria actually empowered its students then you should be at jaipuria it would be one of your most rational decision which you have taken so far because the culture, ambience, faculty, etc over here is one of the best. And choosing jaipuria would also depends on what other options you have but unless and until you have the options of getting in top notch b-schools like mdi,iims,imi etc you should go for jaipuria. And choosing the campus is entirely your decision because the structure curricular, placements at all campuses are at par so its on your city preference and what amount of money you want to spend so all the best

First of all all I would suggest please give an another try for CA don't loose hope. I know many people who was failed 7 times but at last they won.
Also, I suggest take a proper tuition for CA.
In regards to PGDM - Yes, you can join PGDM but choose a right stream.
