As a thumb rule, one should opt for classroom studies when it comes to law. Even though law is a pragmatic and dynamic field where most learning happens during practice, the classroom discussions and debates are important to develop an analytical mind in the field of law. Furthermore, University of Mumbai is more reputed and, being based in Mumbai, there are more options in terms of internships and other co-curricular activities. You can apply for MCA in IGNOU-Delhi in distance education mode, but it will take 3 years (6 semester) to complete, since this university is UGC recognized, the certificate is valid for applying for government competitive exams. All the best.
