MCKV offers two UG and two PG courses in the stream of Management and Science. Admission to most of the courses at MCKV is both merit and entrance-based. For courses such as BTech, M.Tech and MBA, students are required to qualify for state/ national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, MAT, CAT, GATE, WBU PGET, etc., where as for BBA course the admission is based on the previous merit peformance of candidates. 

For admission to BVoc at MCKVIE, the minimum eligibility criteria is to either pass Class 12 in any stream from a recognised board or After 10 Diploma of 3 years or After 10 ITI of minimum of 2 years. Admission to this course is merit-based. Students are selected based on their performance in the previous qualifying exam.

MCKV offers a three-year BVoc course across three specialisations. These are Automotive Manufacturing Technology, Automobile Servicing and Software Development. This course is approved by AICTE and offered in affiliation with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT)

MCKV Institute of Engineering offers UG and PG courses in the streams of Science and Management. These are MBA, BTech, MTech and BBA. All of its courses are AICTE-approved and offered in affiliation with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). Candidates who have passed Class 12 can apply for UG courses. For admission to BTech at MCKV, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Technical Vocational subjects (in both theory and practical) (40% aggregate for reserved category) and Class 12 with 30% aggregate in English from a recognised board. The selection is based in the qualifying score of entrance exams such as JEE Main or WBJEE.
