The college is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) at PGIMS Rohtak. The candidate must have passed 10+2 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) and have a valid WBJEE rank in Pharmacy. Additionally, the candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December in the year of admission. There is no upper age limit for the course.

To apply for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) at PGIMS Rohtak, the candidate should be a citizen of India, a bonafide resident of Haryana, and at least 17 years old as on 31.12.2024. The candidate must have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2) of the Board of School Education, Haryana, or its equivalent, with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. The admission is based on the merit list of a Competitive Entrance Examination conducted by the University.
