Sorry to be harsh but the answer is no. For getting admission to VIT and that too in CS you will need a very good score in between 160 to 170 in CET for open category. But this is related to last years cutoff and if your luck is with you then

At this score, it is very difficult to get this college. Try for colleges like Modern, MIT and D Y Patil which are also good in that area.
