No, it's not. You must have a language subject, one subject in the line of the course and two any other subjects you've studied. Try this link: //www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.sggscc.ac.in/admission-forms/criteria.p

It's based on your class 12th percentage. But this year, there might be an entrance test. It's not confirmed yet.

It was until last year i.e. 2017.
Stay updated on this year's admission procedure. It might be on the basis of entrance marks. I am not sure.

You have to have Maths in +2 to be eligible for admission in SRCC. I'm sorry but I don't think there's any alternative.

Yes, it's necessary that you 'have' and 'pass' in maths in your +2 to be eligible for B.Com(Hons.) in Shri Ram College of Commerce, or any other college in DU. Maths is a compulsory subject if you are doing a honours course in B.Com.

For sports quota, you can get into SRCC even if you have your percentage in 60s.
But you need to have a very good record in your field of sports. And also, you need to give trials.
For OBC, parents annual income certificate is checked to know

For OBC, parents annual income certificate is checked to know whether you fall under creamy or non-creamy layer.
For SC/ST, you have a lower cutoff percentage. Usually comes down to 80s.
But, you can't apply for two reservations. Either you choose Sports quota or SC/ST/OBC quota.

SRCC has only B.Com hons and no Bcom programme. That means you'll need maths as a subject in +2 and will have passed in it. You can have IP as your optional, no problem in that, as long as you have studied maths as well.
