Both of these are good colleges for engineering. So, you need to choose any one of these. I think you can go for Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering (autonomous) as they have a separate syllabus and not the Anna university

I think both are almost equal, but I prefer Sri Venkateshwara over Hindustan University. Sri Venkateshwara offers better education, placements and most of all, these are available at a lowered than Hindustan University.
