Well, don't get confused. The order of choice filling should be as follows:-
1) MBM, Jodhpur.
2) SKIT, Jaipur
3) JECRC.
You can give 2nd preference to JECRC also but it would be better if you give SKIT the 2nd-second one as it has good faculty,

You cannot get admission in SKIT with a PCB background. You must have a PCM background in HSC to take admission in engineering.

Yes of course SKIT is better than Arya College in all it's branches. You can very well see the ranking of colleges of RTU. SKIT has been ranked one among the RTU affiliated colleges.
