I will recommend you jims Rohini sector 5, in regular course you would be able to understand better the corporate world. You will get huge exposure and industrial visits. When it comes to academics SPJIMR rigorously focuses on academics with an emphasis on providing case-based knowledge as well as providing hands-on experience of the entire business scenario through simulation studies. The faculty is of international repute and is globally known in their field of expertise. Also, we have visiting faculty from international institutions as well as from corporate.

Hello! Even the various colleges under Symbiosis University(SIBM, SCMHRD, SIIB, etc) offer the MBA degree. Plus both SIBM and SCMHRD are reputed B-schools as they rank among the top 25 in India. So, it being a better brand, I would suggest Symbiosis over IGNOU.

I don't think so it's possible. Each university has its own syllabus and curriculum and if you shift the method of teaching and understanding may be completely different from one region to the other. It's not a good option though to change from one university to the other.
