Yes there are good chances as the cut-off is around 80 percentile and if you have work experience then you have better chances. And if not, there is no reason to be worried about.

Hi. you need a minimum of 80 percentile in CAT to get into TAPMI. You can still try your luck and apply for it after speaking to a current student there. TAPMI also accepts GMAT scores with a minimum cut off of 650
