It will depend on this year's cutoff. The rank is good so you might get through good colleges.
7 years ago I got 297 rank in CET for BJMC. I am from Outside Delhi General category. Will I be able to get a seat in VIPS?

The rank is quite good. There are chances of you getting an admission. Wait for the cut-off to release this year!

There can be chances of getting admission in the 2nd or 3rd cut-offs. Be patient. It will be good.

Freeze this college for the time being as getting VIPS at this rank might be tough. DME is also a good college and you should always have a backup!

There are very few chances of getting VIPS in the first cut off. However, you may get it in the later lists. Do check out previous year's cutoffs according to your category.
