Thanks for the questions. 1923 is a good rank but you wouldn't be able to get into VIPS or Maharaja Agarsen with that rank, however you get still get into colleges like Tecnia, Trinity etc or wait for the spot counseling round.

Although, you might not get admission in VIPS in the first three counselling round because according to last year's cut-off list, only ranks upto 2100 got BBA LLB in VIPS. The cut-off changes every year so do not lose hope. Also, you can wait

Congratulations. Although, 2340 is a good rank, according to last year's cutoff list you might not get through to VIPS in the first 3 rounds of counselling. However, you can wait for the sliding round and the spot counselling.

If you are a Delhi based applicant (general category),then having a rank below 2000 would do for you. But in case you belong to outside Delhi (general category) then you must have a rank below 350 to be considered for admissions there.
