Yes, CAT is difficult but not that it is impossible. With proper utilization of time and some hard work, you can score a good percentile on it. And starting its preparation depends upon your own advantage.

For MBA you need to write few entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, SNAP, XAT, NMAT. All these exams are the qualifying criteria for many top bschools in India. Once you clear these exams you will get a call from the institutes depending on your score. It's good to join some coaching centres like TIME, CAREER FORUM etc. And preferably taking a gap for preparation is not a good option unless you are getting into IIMs. It's always good to have a contingency plan . Work in a company where you think u can have enough time to manage your work as well as preparation for the CAT. Your work experience plays a vital role in the interview .

All specializations of MBA have their own scope and niche. Regular, general MBA and now more advanced version MBA Hons are also great, as you can take different electives and learn about other niche fields. You have to check your aptitude, interest, passion, personality traits, bent of mind, analytical ability, aspirations and dream career or deciding on any of these. The best way is to ask your parents, teachers, some experts etc. Or write some online psychometric test etc. If you decide on any of these, then also keep in mind that you must do MBA from only a top B-school like LPU.This is a decision of a lifetime, and your career is depen... A private college degree or a government college doesn’t really matter. What matters is the kind of education and opportunity that an institution provides. Based on your percentiles, look for the best ROR, and then opt an institute.

Hello Prince,
Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be coming in the whole of first year for any B.Tech or BE engineering programs. From second year, you will be studying your domain that is CSE. In CSE, mathematics will be existing in all the years, as it is inevitable. Then, physics and chemistry will not be a part in CSE, but it will be an essential subject in other engineering courses like electronics, electrical etc.
So, if you are good in PCM, then you can get through every branch of engineering easily.

Admission to IIMs is via a common entrance examination called CAT. After clearing the entrance examination, based on your score, past academics and relevant work experience IIMs shortlist students for written ability test & PI where they will gauge your interest for pursuing MBA. After clearing the same, one gets admission to any of the IIMs.
