Sunny, go for BBA (different specializations available), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.Com (Professional), BBA-MBA,B.Com_m.Com, B.Com-MBA etc if you want to continue with commerce stream.
Other than this, check with some of the good universities, most of them provide a wide range of courses to choose from according to ones interest. Choose the one that you are interested in and continue with your studies.

There are many reference books that can be used to prepare how ever the best approach is to stick to NCERT, practice at least last 10 years question papers of XII and if required then you can refer to any external books

You can pursue MBA, M.Com, CA, CS or CMA. If you are hardworking then you can do CA, CS or CMA, but if you are interested in other degree courses then you can opt for M.Com or MBA. You can also do PGDM from any reputed institute.

B.com honors has more value than B.Com degree as it shows the basic aptitude of student and abilities, which are required. B.Com honors students are given preference over B.Com.

After 12th, you can go for B.COM+CA, B.COM and then MBA provided you do it from a good college(B.COM+MBA), BBA and then MBA provided, you do it from a good college (BBA+MBA).
You can also go for B.COM+ CS, CMA
And, if you are Interested in Law, then law related courses like give CLAT exam this year CLAT. Exam is done. So, try for the next year CLAT to get admission in top national law universities.
