If you don't have any coaching institute for SAT or TOEFL nearby then:
1) You can go for any online training.
2) Use YouTube to understand the concept.

If you want to apply for the early action, then you have to take SAT in October and November and if you want to apply for regular decision then you have to take SAT in November and December. Feel free to ask about anything.

Qualifying to work in New Zealand just got easier. Immigration New Zealand just announced that starting November 21, 2016, you can submit TOEFL iBT score to prove English-language proficiency for the Skilled Migration Category. To qualify for a skilled migration visa, applicants will need to obtain a total score of 79 or greater on the TOEFL test. Applicants can use their score from a TOEFL test they sat for within the last 2 years of the date they submit their application. Hi,
Why do you think you need to improve your English? Is it just because you live in a village? If yes, then you have to boost your confidence rather than your English skills. But if no, then you have to think which part is lacking, is it your grammar or spoken English or both? If it is spoken English then you should watch more online videos on spoken English from YouTube, spend some time in a local internet cafe if you don't have a connection at home but if you feel you are lacking in your grammar as well then I would suggest you go for a professional TOEFL or IELTS training program in any nearby town. You can take the official guide for SAT and TOEFL. Also, you can do official SAT practice in Khan Academy. You can do TOEFL preparation on edx app.

If you want to study abroad then you need to specify or mention which country you want to study in. In USA SAT or ACT is compulsory while it may not be required for many other countries.

It particularly depends on the country you're looking forward to. As many European countries don't ask for IELTS as a mandate whereas for UK, Canada and Australia, it's a mandate to have one of the preferred English proficiency test.

Dear Manisha, TOEFL is Test of English as Foreign Language and required for studying overseas. A score of 100 is recommended usually. I will advice you to see ets.org for further information and registration information. It is not possible to put down every information here.

It's difficult to say. If you don't have strong academics, but just a good TOEFL score it won't increase chances for you to get scholarships. You must excel as an all rounder.

Apart from the test mentioned by you, there is AP programme in which you can choose the subjects and take credits before joining the course in USA by clearing it with good score.
The scores in ACT, SAT or TOEFL/ IELTS depends on which universities u plan to apply. Higher the score, better are the chances of scholarships. For SAT any thing above 1280 is considered good.

Below mentioned are the requirement to get admission in TU Berlin:
1. Previous degree (at least Bachelors equivalent).
2. Internationally recognized English language certificate e.g. TOEFL, IELTS or comparable. The minimum score for the TOEFL is 80 for the internet-based test and 550 for the paper based test. The IELTS examination is accepted with a 6 band score (academic modules).
3. Minimum of one year of work experience mainly gained after graduation.
4. Completed application, including all required documents.

If International University you are targeting for higher studies requires TOFEL and IELTS score, then you will have to appear in these examination even if you have studies in English medium school till 10+2.

TOEFL is a test for English language proficiency to study abroad. Your 12th marks are not important for taking the test. Having poor marks in 12th and good score in TOEFL won't be of too much help, you may receive if the university likes your profile and also TOEFL has its own scholarship schemes. Check TOEFL India scholarship.
