M.Sc in Chemistry means you'll be a chemist not pharmacist. There's a difference between chemist & pharmacist. Chemist is one who can make chemical related things like medicines but pharmacist can't make those, pharmacist are those who can suggest about medicines. So you need to complete D. Pharm, M.Pharm for opening a chemist shop and will need a license of pharmacist to open it.

You are not eligible for M.Sc in Chemistry. You can do M.Tech. /ME in Chemical engineering. If you want to M.Sc in maths, then you are eligible because it is necessary to study the subject at least for 2 years/4semesters in which you want to do Master's degree. In B.Tech Mechanical, a student studies Maths in 2 years but, he studies chemistry only for 1 year /1 semester.

Basically M.A. and M.Sc. are not much different. The college decides the syllabus so both course can be same. I can't exactly tell the difference between M.A. and M.Sc. Economics until I see the syllabus. Hence, again, all prospects are decided by the authority in question. It is up to the employer that how much salary they offer.
