These two are very similar, nevertheless, Corporate Communications is a broader term. It consists of all communication issued by the organisation to its stakeholders both internal and external, I.e ranging from employees & shareholders to media, industry & the public. If you are seeking career in PR and Advertising with BA in journalism, it would be better if you try for an internship and get first hand industry experience and accordingly you can switch your career from journalism. The relevant work experience is more vital than degrees.
