Yes, you can pursue BTech with even 50% or more in PCM but IIT and NIT may not be possible if you're a general candidate but there are many private universities and GFTIs which offer B.Tech with this criteria even with decent placement. Some are like SRM University, Lovely professional University, Amity University etc.
Try to give entrance exams like JEE or state entrance exams, they can give you an edge at the time of taking admission in GFTIs (government funded technical institutions).

Yes, SVKM'S NMIMS offers BBA in Branding and Adversting through its School of Branding and Advertising at its Mumbai campus. It is a 3-year undergraduate programme. Admission is entrance-based on basis of NMIMS NPAT scores.

Yes, you can apply for BBA in Branding and Advertising at NMIMS School of Business and Advertising if your Class 12 results are not out. But you are required to upload internet copy / Digi Locker copy of the result within 7 working days of the announcement of the final exam.

Yes, SVKM'S NMIMS provides hostel facility to students of School of Branding and Advertising at its Mumbai campus. After making payment of the admission fee, candidates may apply online for hostel facility through NMIMS hostel application portal. Hostel accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
