Yes Germany offer good ways to permanent residency for international graduates-

•After graduation- You get 18 month Job Seeker Visa to find employment in Germany

•     After finding a job: Apply for a Blue Card (EU Blue Card) if your salary meets the threshold (approx. €43,800/year for most fields; €39,682 for shortage occupations)

•     PR through Blue Card: After 21 months of Blue Card employment (or 33 months normally), you can apply for a Settlement Permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis)

Yes it is possible to get a PR in Australia after 3 years. You must prove that you have lived and worked in the regional area for 3 years on a "Skilled Work Regional Visa (Provisional) - Subclass - 491". Working and living on this visa for 3 years leads you to getting a "Skilled Regional Visa - Subclass 191" which is the Permanent Residence Permit in Australia. However, direct pathways like the Skilled Independent Visa (189) or Skilled Nominated Visa (190) can sometimes grant PR faster - depending on occupation demand and points

Yes, the option to get a Permanent residency in Australia is very possible after an MS from USyd

The eligibility is to have a 2-year CRICOS-registered course and then receive a Temporary Graduate Visa (which is Subclass 485)

Then, the process moves forward by gaining some work experience and along with meeting the point-based criteria
