For AIIIMS Rishikesh application 2024, candidates must apply for specific entrance exam such as NEET, INICET, and AIIMS BSc (nursing) Entrance Exam, meeting the required score for sbsequent counselling. The students can score good marks in entrance exam and selected in merit then it is eligible for admission. In the admisssion process students can submit the 10+2 marksheet and adhar card photocopy and the photo of student.

As per your question, NO it is not possible to get admission into AIIMS without giving the NEET exam. Because all the AIIMS institutions across India will only accept your score in the NEET exam. Therefore you can only secure the seat in AIIMS through NEET exam.
