After your graduation from any stream, you can do your MBA,
Most of the MBA collage ask for qualifying marks (%) 55% few are based on direct interview & admission, few of them ask your CAT score. You need to choose as per your spending capacity to chose course and seek admission.
Airport Management is not available in most of the colleges and fee is quite high, so see the practical aspect and discuss with few people about placement chances, who have done the course in past may guide you better.

The candidate who wishes to become Airport Manager has to apply for examinations conducted by Airport authority of India (AAI) for selection in managerial posts in the airports of India. Qualification required to become Manager in Airport is either Bachelor's degree in engineering / aviation management / business administration with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science with 60% marks from a recognized university. Aspirants having job experience of 2 years and above in airports get special considerations for selection in these posts.

The Airport authority of India conducts examinations to select candidates in different managerial positions in the airports of India. The qualification criterion for attending the examination is a graduation. The candidate should have done his Bachelor's degree in general business or business administration. In addition, for getting good opportunities in the field, he should acquire a Master's degree in engineering, business administration or aviation management. Also, it should be from a recognized University.

Yes, you can do it as MBA requires only Bachelor's degree in any stream. So it depends on the college that what's the criteria for admission like separate entrance exam, CAT or direct admission. All the best.

As per the eligibility criteria for KMAT 2019, the entry requirements into professional courses like MBA/PGDM in Karnataka are followed as per the UGC guidelines. Educational qualifications:-
For MBA/PGDM :- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years duration of any recognised education body in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent, and have secured at least 50% of marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidate). Candidates in their final year of Bachelor's degree are also eligible. So you are eligible for KMAT-2019.
