He/she is the overall in-charge of a hotel. A hotel manager is the one responsible to maintain the standards of service and providing facilities to guests. The candidates must be Indian citizens with at least 45% marks in HSC exam for UG programs. For PG programs, a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories and PWD is mandatory.
The age limit for appearing in NCHMCT JEE 2026 is 25 years for General / EWS / OBC candidates and 27 years for SC / ST / PwD students as of July 1, 2026.
Candidates must have passed or be appearing in 12 or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2026. The exam has no minimum marks requirement.
Front Office Manager
People with such a profile oversee the work of receptionists, reservation clerks, information clerk as well as other personnel such as the doorman and the bell boy. Apart from this, front office managers are also responsible for ensuring that rooms which are offered to guests meet their requirements. Steward
Hotel stewards are responsible for ensuring that the necessary cutlery is laid out at the hotel’s restaurants along with ensuring that the banquet rooms have adequate and proper furnishings. However, the responsibility of a steward does not end there. They also need to ensure that the food for room service is prepared quickly and orders are filled quickly, properly and accurately.

Housekeeping Manager
