Ajeenkya DY Patil School of Engineering requires prospective students to take an entrance exam in order to be admitted. The mandatory entrance test for all prospective students from India who seek admission to any undergraduate or postgraduate programme at ADYPU is the ADYPU Common Entrance Test (ACET). The test is held once a year and is a university-level examination for courses in Liberal Arts, Design, Engineering, Law, etc. The entrance test is divided into two parts, each part is of 50 marks, and part one is common for all. The admission process for Ajeenkya DY Patil School of Engineering is conducted offline.
