Yes, Alagappa University Distance Education, which holds Category-I status from MHRD, is approved by UGC-DEB. The Directorate of Distance Education was established in 1992. Yes, the distance MBA course is offered in six specialisations, namely General Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, and Tourism.
