Hello Banothu Balu, I am afraid that there are no management quota seats in any of the IIT's including IIT Chennai. Forgetting admission there you need to clear JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced for engineering studies. Of course nowadays IIT is offer different subjects for which there are no entrance examinations but they give admission based on your performance in 12th examination. Sometimes depending on the IIT they do it conduct entrance exam limited to seats within their campus only. But all this can be found out once you decide as to which stream you want to study after your 12th. Best wishes to you.
