You can take admissions in Delhi University. You can apply online on their website. Important dates regarding 2018 admission will be published on website and cut-off will be available in the month of May after class 12th results. According to the cut-off and choices filled, you can visit the campus on the respective dates for admission.

Hello Vineesh,
Yes you can. You need to enroll for a single window counseling program through which you will be allotted seats based on your marks in HSC.
There will be a separate counseling process for students from other states and it would commence after the admission of Tamil Nadu students.
