As the term suggests, to compare the affordability of the BSc course at both universities, one should compare the tuition fee of the course. Thus, the tuition fee for the BSc at VIT Andhra Pradesh is  INR 2.2 lakh. Now, the tuition fee for Bachelor's in Science courses at Andhra University ranges from INR 15,900 to INR 81,000. This is explicitly clear that the tuition fee for the BSc course at  VIT Andhra Pradesh University is more expensive than the BSc course at Andhra University
