Hello, A complete course which opens various aspects of the design and multimedia field is good. To understand the scope of the field is most important thing. Yes, you can if you really have interest in making games, visual effects and editing. I have also done animation because I have interest in music, and in playing games and watching VFX movies. Their is a big difference in making and watching so I would suggest you first of all to make sure in which field of animation you want to go. In sound field in 2D field in 3D field in editing field in photography etc. There are so many fields in animation and also separate field for each and every thing.

According to me, if you pursue Animation course and have a good coach to lead you, you will do awesome, because I am also fond of painting and sketching, so I know that how much deep observation is required for that. It is definitely going to help you.
