As far as my knowledge tells it does provide some kind of scholarship to the students. But you will have to look out for the criterion of that because I am not really sure for that. That you can seek on their website or contact the authorities in person.

In general, there is a lot of criteria, which is considered for financial aid, your family economic conditions and capabilities.
